The aim of protection is the maintenance of the forest lowland ecosystem with the habitats of rare plant and animal species.
Radowice is the only sanctuary located on the area of Sulechów Forest District. It is a forest and landscape sanctuary covering the area of 55.60 hectares.
The sanctuary is located 5-6 kilometers east of Sulechów. It is classified as phytocoenosis sanctuaries and the aim of its protection is preservation of broadleaf and coniferous tree stands growing on the banks of hills on the borders of Sulechów and Trzebiechów communes.
